I have been meaning to send you a note. Everything was just fabulous. The food and the service were
just fabulous. Several people asked who the caterers were and I told them. You do have an easy name to remember. When I sent
you that last check it included gratuity so I did not give anything to the servers. They really did a top notch job. The two
senior servers pretty much handled everything and the younger guy filled in. I never got to try the pork but I think I did
have a bite of everything else. The (I can't think of his name) head server had held back some mushroom caps for me and brought
them out when I had a minute to grab something to eat. That was so very thoughtful of him. They did a great job with the wine,
the cake, everything. I could not have asked for anything better in terms of service and quality of food and presentation.

Everything went very well. The evening was fantastic and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. We
got a lot of positive comments about the food, especially the crab cakes! (Smile) The presentation was excellent.
The service was great and we do appreciate you handling everything for us. It just made it so much easier for us and
our guests.

Outstanding job last night. Many commented on the quality and quantity of the food. Several asked who

Everything was great. We got quite a few compliments on the food and beverages
as well. I am going to recommend you for our annual meeting in June if they have it catered. Will be about 25
- 30 people for a lunch. Also, I am passing your info on to our Ladies group at church with a high recommendation
that they give you an opportunity. We have a banquet three times a year and this last time it was catered by Carrabba's
and they did not do well at all. They only sent three people to set up one station to serve over 250 ladies. They
also ran out of bread and vegetables before everyone was served.
So here is hoping for the future,

Just a note to let you know we got great reviews and feedback for the food and catering
staff at our wedding April 15 - Gardens of Bammel Lane. It was a very nice evening all together, although I
unfortunately didn't get a real moment to sit down and eat anything! I so regret that I missed out!

sorry I'm so late in writing to thank you for the wonderful dinner
you provided for Alex's bar mitzvah. (I've been out
of town.) Everyone enjoyed the food and we had plenty left over to take to Alex's "feed the homeless" project the
next day. The serving tables looked wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Thanks too for getting the
stage for us. It made it so much easier for guests to watch Alex play his instrument. Thank you for allowing us to have it
delivered to you. That was certainly easier on us!
